There's a nice Boombip & Dose One session online
here.
(fast forward to minute 28:30)

That's soooo nice!
Thanxalot!

I see you are Belgian.
Have you seen Boom Bip in the Ancienne Belgique last week?
I did.

Boom bip make very nice music!
If you like Lemon jelly, I highly recommend them.
and vice versa.

yeah i was at amon tobin/boombip/eavesdropper last week....

Amon Tobin was quite a disappointment to me, some bits were
really nice but overall far too much onedimensional
drum&bass imo...

Boom Bip was really superb, and though DoseOne isn't bad at
all, I loved the instrumental bits most.
And Eavesdropper also turned out to be a nice surprise...
must get one of his albums sometime...

I don't have any buffering problems myself - maybe you can
try playing it the more conventional way :
www.stubru.be > luisterlive > herbeluister > Select > Deel
2 small/breedband

I agree .
The instrumental part from boom bip was the best thing I
heard that evening.

During Tobins set, people started 'dancing' quite
agressive.
So we went to the back, where we had all the space we ever
wanted!

Did you know Venetian Snares was there that evening?
They added him to the line-up on Tuesday.
I didn't know, and arrived when the set was finished....

pity.

oh!
They played this in Select?
I missed it the last two weeks, but Usually, I tape it.

Yeah I read about Venetian Snares on a poster, but came in
too late like yourself...

I'm trying to convert the Boom Bip webstream to mp3, then
I'll put it on Soulseek. A shame I couldn't record it
properly myself...

Supreme, do you keep your Select tapes or do you tape over
them every time ?
I'm sort of looking for the Select show of januray 9th
2002...

I keep them a few weeks, then I record the songs I really
like on minidisc.
and I try to find them on slsk.
When I copied all the good stuff, I tape over them.

I don't think I still have that show...
Maybe a part of it.
Is it the whole show you need, or are you looking for some
song(s) ?

i saw amon tobin last week and it was pretty cool but
nothing too special unfortunately. then later this week i
was listening to studio brussel, and heard a boom bip
session on there which was fucking wicked so i'm hoping its
the same one.

*clicks linky*

By the way: I still can't listen to it.
This new stubru site sucks!

I converted the stream file as good as I could to mp3, I
have put it in my slsk folder as
boom_bip_-_select_session.mp3
(I'm not going to be online much longer today, so keep on
trying later on)

Supreme : actually I am looking for the Rudy Trouvé
interview that was in the 09.01.02 Select show, but I guess
it's pretty unlikely you still have that somewhere.
