in 2011 or 2012 i spent easily fifteen or twenty hours
compulsively torrenting all the IRIX shit i could, burning
it, and eventually finding the right combo of SCSI glyphs to
actually install a working OS and finally, gloriously, run
the 3D file explorer. i know this
