i thought it was No Mercy for the Masses... perhaps i was told incorrectly though :-/ roughly the same meaning, anyway.. and a great band.. weird.. i was just thinking about them this morning (technically afternoon but morning to me :-P) before i even got on the computer.. i'd say the best album to start with for someone who's never listened to them is probably Angst, but most of their releases are pretty rawkin.. Angst was my first, though, and i've always had a special place for it on my cd shelf.. ;-) |

i remember first learning what it meant when the columbine shit happened and they were saying that the kids listened to kmfdm and how itlead to their evil nature etc.. i thought that was pretty funny.. (other things lead to it, not music imo) |

Wasen't a fan of symbols, I think it's their worst release minus the tracks "anarchy" & "megalomanical". For starters I'd go for Nihil, Angst or ATTAK |

I liked KMFDM since 93-94 starting with Angst. :) But ATTAK sucks hard, and I'm not ashamed to admit it. I hate it--it's a piece of total rubish! In my opinion, if you make a comeback record, it should be something worth the fans coming back to. :) And Attak was more along the lines of "stuff you haven't heard, or don't need to hear." |
