think of a fond memory and post it,

it can be anything from the past, but it has to be a happy
memory,

you can post as many as you want.

me: aprox. 3 years ago looking out my bedroom window of a
morning into a cloudy sky, listening to "dirty shadows"
(FSOL) with my friends (who had taken the day off school)

I remember this time, probably about 2 1/2 years ago
travelling with a friend 4 hours by train to a place known
as "zig zag railway", where I proceeded to do nothing but
walk further and further down into the desolate bush, until
we eventually came across a small defunct mining quary, for
some reason the entire place just seemed aesthetially
beautiful, every little rusted peice of machinery seemed to
tell a story, we spent the day climbing up dangerous cliffs
/ over machinery and generally acting like kids, I always
get all nostalgic when I think back to this experience, and
I don't know why...

None of my fond memories are legal, and I'm not about to
give evidence against myself

first ones that come to mind are me sailing a small boat,
accross a sunshine lit lake, far from worry and care.

low, that warm summer air

I remember going up to a place called "middle head" in
sydney, a place where they have these old concrete bunkers
and old prison cells, it was pouring down with rain, and
there were no tourists there like there usually was, the
rain really brought out the colors in the old sandstone
walls.

i realised straight after the jesus thing that it was only

better. still have scars and scabs from crashing into trees.

i dont really have any good memories from my childhood, so
here are a couple of rather recent ones..

//hearing afx for the first time (in 2000).. i remember it
was on a rather warm day (i think in sept/oct/nov) and me
and my mate dirado went down to the record shop cos i'd
heard of afx and wanted to listen.. picking up a copy of
saw1 .. and being absolutely blown away upon listening..

//falling in love, last october..and also the first night me
and my girlfriend spent together.. vespertine playing

uh...driving during the summer on a really beautiful day
with friends and one of them saying "hey, check this out, i
think you'll enjoy it", and then putting in SAW 85-92, which
i had no idea existed. good times those.

Getting Chrono Trigger in '95, I was such a happy camper.

Classic games in general hold so many memories... symbols of
a happier, more innocent time.

I remember I couldn't get an Infinite Lives code to work in
Super Star Wars and I almost cried.

And I remember beating the ''last boss'' in Sonic after a
really tough battle, I jumped up and down so happy, then he
came back to life and killed me, game over. I cried.

Games made me cry a lot...
