I need an equilizer (like the one in winamp) where each
frequency that is filtered has a panning effect added to it.
Does such thing exist?

I would need it to repair some of my old tunes that have
almost no stereo.

im not sure when u can get one, but u could do it a
different way....

use an equalizer to isolate different sections of ur piece,
then pan the different sections, then mix them all together.

Thanks, but that is just too much work. Imagine doing it
100 times for example ?

I can do many other things (such as adding nice reverbs),
but I would prefer if I could somehow do this instead.
