Yeah I agree, it's pretty cool. Got it yesterday too. I've
been waiting like forever for something similar too elite
and eliteII:Frontier. While this is hardly a worthy
comparison it will still do til david braben the genius
comes out with elite3, which will probably be never :P. Keep
fingers crossed.
Ok, I'll play this til starwars galaxies, that one looks to
become one heck of a game.

Screw SWG! Check out Eve: The Second Genesis. SWG is just
another level treadmill, while Eve seems to be the first
true 2nd generation MMORPG. It's all 100% PvP with true
player-run economy. Players can create corporations (think
advanced Elite) and they can even issue stocks for the
stockmarket.

There's a closed beta, in phase 6, right now and the game is
supposed to go live at the end of march.
