I'm using photoshop 7, and I know where the button is for
"justify all" but it is greyed and I don't know what to do.

you have to have a text box

ie you have to click on the text icon and drag rather than
click, this will enable you to justify the text

to aply changes to a box of text is better to use the arrow
tool and select it as an object, then change the props...
justyfy will work then...
