Oh shit I know - this was one of the fake tracks from Confield way back when! It was misspelled as "parahelic" triangle.

He also did an album of really cheezy disco beats - is flying like that? Sakura is good chilled out ambient lovely stuff. I get the impression he's trying out a bunch of different styles...
