i have a lot i could say about the posts from fellow soulseekers, but primarily it's just sad to read. There's no reason for us to be in a community war and there's definatly no reason for us to be flaming words of hatred in another community's territory. If you guys have something to say, do it elsewhere. Obviously xltronic isn't going to put up with your shit. On that note, I think it would have been a nice gesture to recognize the idea was inspired by 1MM (if it even was), but other than that, i'm all for adapting ideas. So long as the music from 1MM isn't replicated, nobody should be offended. Also, although i can't apologize for those flaming on this board, I hope that the people of xltronic realize that the label as a whole is generally a good, open-minded group. |

Heh, I just read all this. I think it's fantastic what you all are doing. A lot of fighing going on though... I can understand why. This is a humble request for all the flaming to stop... I'm sure everybody here will do a great job with the 'relay' mix idea. As far as I'm concerned, you can call it whatever you want... using the word 'massacre' might be a little copy-cat-ish though... Either way - bang away folks. Maybe you could try adding a little twist of your own to this idea - in order to give it some Xltronic individuality? |

Bah who cares... I still haven't found the thread you're talking about... I've seen some people say some self-righteous things, but it was nothing I really paid attention to. The idea is nothing new... I just don't think it's ever been printed to CD before, or gained so much attention. That's fantastic - and it'll be awesome to watch as this idea catches on more and more. Good luck w/ the project. |
