I was in town yesterday at my local record shop, when an man
who was about 60 walked in. After about 10 minutes he went
to the counter where I was ordering 26 mixes for cash, when
he put down DYKSQ,SAWI AND Redifine the enemy!
I had to ask him "Are they for you?"
He replied"Yeah,why?"
"I was just wondering,thats all."

Whether he was joking or not I don't know, but it never
occured to me that "older" people would appreciate such
great music.

haha, that would be strrange seeing an old guy buying some
IDM, not bad, but odd. Did he look "hip", like he was
trrying to salvage some youth, maybe some mid-life crrisis.
Did he have Hi-Tech trrainerrs on?

question. maybe it is a belated mid life crrisis afterr all
and he was pissed off that someone thought he was too old to
be getting them.

I don't think that it was a midlife crisis...

at least not in the states, where people are cheesier than
other parts of the globe.

Here, the midlife crises people usually buy into the Trance
bullshit....you know, that straight-beat bn-ts-bn-ts-bn-ts
boring shite.

What's funnier than that is actuallt seeing one of them eat
a bean. Watch them transform into sloppy hippies for a few
hours.

I think that if you see an older gent buying some IDM for
himself, then there's a good chance that they're pretty
cool. or at least their a cool person going through a
midlife crisis. I am always in seek of something new and
hope that I still am when I'm in my 40's like that guy.
forget the "mid" thing...I think I'm just going through a
Life Crisis in general....constant evolution!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My mates Dad a typical Mid-life crisis.

He bought a sports car! Then started playing DnB really loud
in it through the town. I had to laugh.

Hi-Tek trainers... lol...

I did a AFX CD for my Uncle, who is 50. But he's pretty
cool, he gave me his sex pistols records and got me into
some good music over the years. He likes a lot of stuff. Not
sure what he'll make of rdj
