Why is Iraq summed up as one person and there is plenty of proof that Iraq has been cooperating with inspectors...so far...if that was the case why is Saddam not worried about arming his civilians with guns to protect themselves from invasion of US/UK and Australien forces risking an uprising and an overthrow of his own regime? Why hasnt he cooperated so far - 1441 who came up with this resolution? |
