ok...who's going? If you have checked out lately, you would have noticed that both Coldplay and Queens of the Stone Age are coming.... And that will be enough to to convince of getting my act together and visit the Roskilde Festival for the first time (which is kinda embarresing since i've been living in Denmark my whole life). 1.are you going? 2.who do YOU want to see playing 3.how does a xltronic-camp sound? |

1) Yes (hopefully). 2) I'm hoping for more electronica in general. 3) I think I will live in a camp with my friends, but if there is an xltronic-camp, I sure will visit it. The 2002-festival was not so great when it came to electronic music, but I got to see; Bjørn Svin, Anti-Pop-C, Notwist, Chemical Bros, Jaga Jazzist. |

Im going to Arvika festivalen this year, just as all other years. Its much more electronic music, not so commersial (a little to much commersial hiphop lately thou) and just a much nice and friendly athmosphere. In gona spray a aphexlogo on my tent this year. If anyone sees my tent be sure to say hello. (if anyone is going there at all =) |

The best festival in Sweden for Electronica is the Norbergfestival (www.norbergfestival.com). Much more cosy than Arvika. |

there is also koneisto in helsinki, last year in koneisto there was at least the orb, brothomstates, a telle records arena, ken ishii etc. i couldn't find the 2003 site, as koneisto.com still has last years info. |

Ive already got a ticket and yep im coming. Have ben there the past two years, And it was great ! I got to see/hear tool (01) and Chemical B, Jaga Jazzist and Alec Empire (02) I sure hope some warp people are showing up this year, Richard has been there once (97) right ? If thats right it was a long time ago and then he really should drag his as over the ocean. |
