haha nacmat, my dad went to high school at the american
school of madrid, and said that whenever it snowed there,
everyone would look around in astonishment as if it were
something totally alien...

there is well over 2 ft. here.. there was a state of
emergency called for most northern jersey counties and most
of new york.. starting 7 pm last night travel was "strongly
discouraged" as extremely limited visibility would make it a
near impossibility.. w/ this orange alert most subways were
almost completely empty.. now no one will be riding trains
either.. the nj turnpike is completely EMPTY it's so weird..
it's rediculous .. this is now being called "the blizzard of
'03"

Bah, I'm just sick of it. We get a snowstorm every two days,
the novelty has worn off. I used to get excited, now it's
just ''shovelling and bad driving''. Global warming must be
a myth. The last two winters have been non-stop snow.

But I'm in Canada so it's to be expected, eh?

And I'm SO ridiculously out of shape now, I can't do 2
minutes of shovelling without laying down on a snowbank to
rest. It's just tragic.

I wish it would snow here. It hasn't and very most likely
won't.

we're getting the worst of the storm right now, 40 mph winds
with huge snowflakes.

I have a snowdrift outside my house probably 4 feet
deep/tall !!!

No work tomorrow, looks like I'll be catching up on all
those books and games I haven't finished.

I'll get some pics in a while.

I let my dog outside (Natty), he's a white american eskimo
and he's FAT.
All I could see has his black nose sticking up above the
snow.

for a long time now

there was plenty of snow in december but that one is all
gone, so now we only have that much left...
