either disappear for a couple of days and sit and do nothing. if that dont work, go to the person you trust most in school, a teacher or someone, and tell them!!! they are ther only ones who can help really, someone with no personl involvment in you're life. |

the best way to study i find is to condence all the work onto a single peice of paper making everything as short as possible, then just read that bit of paper, right up to when the exam starts...... |
