Saw these on Saturday night. If you like Ciemtaic Orchestra
and the whule nu-jazz thang (or whatever they are calling it
today) Check 'em out. Hopefully you'll see them in a club
with a half decent fucking sound system.

Yes. They are foreign but their album is most excellent.
Their live band set up was also impressive and was only let
down by the shit sound system/soundman.

I have seen two good Finnish bands recently. These and Jimi
Tenor. I never got round to seeing A-Ha.

I'd call St. Germain jazzy house too but its in the same
ballpark.

They call nu-jazz 'broken beat' here too. But I hate labels
and only use them as a matter of convenience.

He did a DJ Kicks with the music we're talking about. He is
kinda jazzy nu-soul hehe. He produced Erykah Badu and has
worked with Jazzanova.

i haven't heard the whole album either. just some songs, but
again this nujazz just is not my 2 cents.

got a friend who is all crazy about it, so i have been
