Personally, I haven't closed it as it's not as if it's tricky to get these files anyway... (plus...I'm certainly no saint when it comes to stuff like this....)... But I'm sure AE are more than aware the tape was gonna be mp3ed...clever promo device really, as it ensures people buy the CD to get quality versions.... and...99% of the people who come here are gonna buy this album anyway...so no real harm done... SO.... rather than close it, lets just let this thread die on it's own...not worth lockingthe door/horses bolted and all that....)... but in future, it's much better to do this shit just a wee bit undercover...email and all that....things like this could mess up the good relationship that phob & XLT has with AE/WARP etc. (something to always bear in mind...)... |
