- 10 days long now - never got it this bad - tried uniflu, lemsip, sudofed, herbal tea etc - i was so bad last week i couldn't listen to my caustic window LP that just arrived from Warp. THAT'S bad! - do i gotta just sweat the bastard out? - whats it like being well? *sniff - my ears are blocked too! |

Orange Juice..lots and lots and lots of Orange Juice..until a year ago i was catching flus and colds at the drop of the hat..then last year i started having Orange Juice in my regular diet..I am yet to catch a cold since..honest.. |

Flea's right- eat lots of oranges, drink lots of mineral water (make sure you've got some salt in your diet too or the water won't retain). Wrap up warm, sleep lots. If you have a sore throat: Don't drink milk, eat chocolate or ice cream. And drink some vodka straight- kills the bacteria in your throat. Get well soon from your XLT friends :D |

i know bout the orange juice thing and thats good advice but pure preventative rather than a *sniff... cure. i've had more hot whiskies these days than shouild be allowed too! Cheers folks.......... when this is over i will do so much stuff ... it'll hurt! |

there are certain pills available here-they're kind of strong, so unless its not a heavy flu they're not recommended also they're pretty hard to get, but you could check at pharmacy all i know is two pills are enough to end any flu possible i'd have to ask about the name tho |

lots of fluids, lots of sleep (nyquil will knock u the FUCK out) and just relax and it will go away in time also during the day take like some cold pill or dayquil and vitamin c cough drops! |

I've been coughing up the WORST colored shit......man it's bad I'm with you, I am never ever sick, once a year, max. No meds for me, just rest and sleep. Good luck getting better everyeone :-/ |
