well I think the matter well past the time for subtlety dont you think?..Bush is being farfrom subtle about his intentions of swarming the country with swarms upon swarms of troops being poured into the region daily.. sheesh and why would Mandela be rotting in a prison cell if it wasnt for Americans? I think you are under estimating the role of the entire worlds protestors and demonstrators in the Anti-aparthied movement..it was a global effort... btw..none of the Mandela's statements were Anti-American per say..he had guts to name the problem..BUSH..which very few other people of prominance are yet to do... |

i thought you probably had heard of him! what happened to him is hard to believe in these 'modern' times. we should learn about people like him in history class, but i don't see it happening anytime soon. he fought the system and lost his life, but his death DID make a difference. |
