sometimes I enjoy the songs I make.
Not a whole song but maybe some melodies I'm proud of.

I listen to my tunes all the time, thats a big part of why I
make music, I make music I want to listen to

When I've made something I really like it, but then if I
revisit it a few weeks later I usually realise that it truly
does suck.

That said, the stuff I'm doing these days is better, mainly
because I've found a style of music I really enjoy making,
rather than trying to be some lame imitation of someone
else.

Yeah the music always sounds better when your making
it,because the particular song may contain your exact
feelings at the time.
Mostly I like certain parts of the song usally a sound or
the beat,usually the beat.
I get angry because I still can't make d'n'b like SQ.I stick
with basic breaks but I like it anyhow.

I like listening to my tracks, i always see where things can
be improved too. i guess it gives me a little sense of
achievement too :-) plus if im going to put them onto cd, i
can think what order i would put them in - always keeping
some creative thinking going

i'm sensing alotta musicians visit these lovely pages but
how about artists (as in visual)? cause i cant program a
loop worth shit but i can hold a crayon and write my name :D

I like visual art as well as making music, but it is
normally just for my own consuption. I hate people getting
peoples opinion on my art in whatever form because whatever
they think of the art is what they think of me.

true. personal interpretation frequently comes to
personality interpretation, at least if the person lookin
thru your stuff knows u. In response to the original
question, i dont hate MOST of my stuff (altho i hate a
significant proportion) but the stuff i really do hate i
attack with a blowtorch and reuse. very cathartic, but i'm
not sure how that would work for music.

I attacked my laptop with a blow torch and melted the
hinges.

i attacked an empty spraypaint can with a blowtorch while
drunk. it exploded and burnt most of the skin off my calves
(true story)

i know someone who did that and the can exploded in his
face. He has an 8" scar across his cheek and chin.

shit. i guess i got off lightly. my legs look kinda weird
tho, hair refuses to grow in these big vaguely melted-lookin
patches. repulsive but cool

Well this lad did it while he was about 12 years old, and it
wasn't a blow torch it was throwing aerosol tins into a
bomfire. Same principal though.

god damn, thats nuts deepspace9mm

I would advise you to NEVER to consume acid, never

jeez...

Id imagine there are loads of people here that are into
visual art too though. I dont have as much time for visual
art as I used to, but I used to be very into sketching and
graphic art, sometimes oil painting

doesn't mean I dislike it.

I never keep making a track I don't like for more than 15
minutes. It's useless, why spend my time on it?!
