My mate was telling me last night about some new theory that Alzheimers is actually brought on by people feeling too slow for the modern world (not able to keep up with the advances in technology). They close themselves off to insulate themselves from the fast pace. I don't really agree with that, but it's an interesting idea. |

This world is just such a sick place. For years I thought I was insane. But now I know. The world is insane and the reason I can see it is because I lost contact with it. I have some ambassadors. My best friends. They are in contact with the real world, and I'm in the shadowlands between my own word and their world. (thats maybe a little exaggerated, but bottom line is: The world is sick) |
