I tried getting into it. I listened to it quite a few times over the course of 2 weeks when it first came out (a actually bought a copy), loaned it to a friend, and never really missed it.
I really tried to like it, but it really didn't do anything for me. I have been a fan of massive attack for a long time, so it wasn't as if I hadn't been trying to like it.
It was kind of like drukqs for that reason.

I really like this album although my first impressions weren't good. Give it a chance nice and loud, and you will like it.
