Australia Faces War of Destruction Following comments mayde by Australian Prime Minister John Howard, that he would be prepared to launch pre-emptive strikes, Abu Bakar Bashir has threatened that Australia would be destroyed instantly if it attacks any muslim country. Bashir said Australians would be dragged into a war with muslims if they went along with Prime Minister Howard. Bashir has backed suicide bombers and says Muslims need to defend themselves. doug, Totally agree. People on this board are over reacting. He's right you can't just let everybody come into your country, otherwise it just gets silly. I heard recently for instance that there was a plot where some extremists were going to distribute cyanide gas around the London Underground. With things like that as ongoing threats, lets face it you have to attempt to put an end to them because one way or another they are going to keep occuring. What you've got to appreciate which is so glaringly obvious is that you never hear extremists, their leaders and anti-western states etc, saying that ‘these terrorist attacks are disgusting things and we don't want to associate ourselves with the people involved in such acts’. So no offence intended in anyway at all to Muslims but I heard very few say how appalled they were by events like 9/11 and what happened in Bali, this I felt very saddened by. Now lets face it even a half intelligent manipulative psychotic leader such as Saddam Hussein ought to have the wit to say to himself ‘perhaps I should just say the right thing so I don't get bombed’. As long as we do nothing these extremists will win and are winning, its as plain as day. |
