holy shit, SDRE is one of my favorite bands, and they are
NOT emo! they are indie rock and they kick fucking ass.

jeremy's voice back in the day was spectacular. years of
smoking seems to have stripped him of that lovely falsetto.
i am pretty disappointed with The Fire Theft. way to 70's
prog rock for my tastes.

yeah but that drummer is F'n HOT!

pretty girls make graves are nice too. they just don't
stand out from the rest of the herd like sunny day did back
in the early 90's. right now, i think Death Cab for Cutie
and Juno are the best seattle has to offer. DCFC were
always very hit or miss with me, but the new album finally
got it right. lyrics, songwriting and most importantly
variety.

you and your good lovin'. you say every drummer is F'n hot.
even that one armed dude from Def Leppard.

LP2 as it is now.

I bought Diary a while back and it's pretty cool.. it
definitely paved the way for the future sound of emo. Too
bad the hordes of imitators can't hold a candle to SDRE.

SDRE = awesome.

"In Circles" is on my top ten list of favorite songs of all
time.

*ZT- Got a new DCFC shirt today, wore it for the first time
and it felt good*

I really like "How It Feels To Be Something On" but I
haven't really gotten into their other stuff as much.

It's a shame what's-his-name got all Christian on us.

that is one of my favorite album arts of all time.. and good
to hear about the shirt, I love sporting a fav band on some
comfy threads. ;)

also, I've been inspired to buy "How it feels to be
something on" I'm gonna try to find it on ebay and if I
can't I'll get it from interpunk. :D
