Possibly one of the saddest bands in the world... emotional
wise, not talent. If you can check out In The Aeroplane Over
The Sea... like, it's sooooo fucking good. Mostly Acoustic
stuff, but there's some tracks with a full band. You really
need to check this band out, sooooooooo fucking good.

I was turned off by the 'Jesus Christ I love you..' part at
first, but after I got past that [i figured they were being
sarcastic or something cool like that] I enjoyed the album
very much.

yeah, at first i always skipped that track, but it fits
really well if you think about it... since part one is all
about being a child and being innocent and losing
innocense... you know, kids raised on their parents
beliefs...

i love the entire album...
my least favorite track is holland 1945

i know, right?
but seriously, two headed boy is so sweetly sad :'( "and in
my dreams, you're alive and you're crying. as your mouth
moves in mine soft and sweet, rings of flowers round your
eyes, and i love you, for the rest of your life

NMH are great! I love the way that you're constantly out of
breath when you try to sing along :) That Mangum must have
some lungs on him. Also check out their first album 'On
Avery Island' which is just as excellent as 'In the
Aeroplane...' though it does have a wanky 14 minute noise
ramble at the end, but the rest is ace :)
