1. moon and antarctica 9/10
2.lonesome crowded west 8/10
3.this is a long drive 7.5/10
4.building nothing out of something 7.5/10

7.everywhere and his nasty... 6.5/1-
8.sad sappy sucker 6/10

the ugly casanova album is good as well but i like modest
mouse better, id give the uc album a 7/10

i haven't heard everything, so i can't rate them like that,
but
ugly casanova - sharpen your teeth is way fucking
great/demented

i only have moon and antarctica and this is a long drive.
out of those two, i prefer the moon and antarctica, but they
are both close

i'm really only familiar with lonesome crowded west and moon
and antarctica (probably because they're the most popular?).
never bothered to get more into them, but i've been meaning
to. i rather like them.

it's hard for me to continue liking modest mouse when i know
so many poseurs like them.. funny how i have a double
standard about that, i have no problem enjoying nin, tool,
radiohead, godspeed, etc. but i guess when it comes to indie
rock with singing if a bunch of twats like them the music
loses the magic for me.

moon & antarctica got me into them, but currently lonesome
crowded west is my fave.

i saw them in athens ga, a while back... fucking awesome!

i prefer ugly casanova over modest mouse.

since modest mouse became the new hip thing, i've stopped
listening to them, but the lonesome crowded west is a great
