i got 300 vinyls from my freinds uncle
all are from the 60's and 70's
some great stuff and some horrible

so i sat down to put them in alphabatical order and
hell the names of the bands
they are so stupid and dum and i had no idea how they got
the names
i bet all were influenced by drugs
no wonder the beatles had sgt pepper's lonely heart club
band
mocking the other bands' names

look at this bands name
commander cody and his lost planet airmen?

are names now any better?

"The Vines"
"The Hives"
"The Strokes"
"The Used"
"The Distilers"
"The White Stripes"

it's un-fucking believable if you ask me. Those names came
from KROQs "most played" list. WTF ARE THESES PEOPLE
THINKING

then of course there is "Mad at Gravity"
as opposed to "Accepting Gravity" which is different.

I think there is a band called "The The" haha!
Early nighties pop/rock.

There is a band here called "The Sounds"
I keep thinking that it must be another band in the world
that must have used that first!!
