what speed are you using when burning cd's? Some cd's are low quality , they claim they can handle for example 24x but fail everytime.
Try lowering the burning speed.

I have this problem with my burner and software... three times this kind of shit has happened. I uninstalled and re-installed it, and it worked fine afterwards. But it's not Nero.

this tends to happen when you install new software. when i installed soulseek it had over-written some of neros .dlls
if an uninstall/reinstall doesn't work, maybe try cdr-win.
or if you feel like investing the time learning how; burning from the command prompt works 100% of the time.. providing there is no hardware issue.
..you guys have a good weekend, im out.
