effects in order... eventually can't say the alphabet etc...
the record was like 200 hours.

Finally, someone else with a sleep disorder!
I've had trouble sleeping for 16 years!

i'm totally nocturnal.
i got to bed at like 11am-1pm and sleep until 5-8pm, and
then i go out after that.
then i come back around 12:30, and do computer stuff until
day again/

I go to bed at about 4 every night, and get up at 8 to go to
work. 4 hours of sleep a night can't possibly be good for
me. But I feel like if I DON'T stay up late and do stuff,
then I've wasted too big a chunk of the day at work.

But school starts soon, and I skip half my classes, so there
will be SO much free time. I'll probably fail a couple
courses, again... laziness...

Funny how school seems easier than summer now...

do you have a job?

i start high school in 7 days!

last year if i was tired i'd just be like fuck this and go
home in the middle of class.
toward the end of the year i kept skipping more and more,
until i was only at school like 2 days a week, and i was
either high or drunk that whole time.

but now high school actually counts if i wanna get a job or
whatever, so i can't do it like that anymore :p

i get 4 - 5 hours if i'm lucky. i'm just naturally hyper.
the only time i sleep really well is with my BF, he relaxes
me somehow and i sleep like a baby.

i just wish i could relax like that on my own.......i know i
should be sleeping more, but it's been like this for years.
i remember reading a study that more WOMEN than men suffer
from insomnia!

Heh,
I just remembered back to high school when I stayed up for
the entire week in order to get 2 folios completed by that
friday! After that, I slept, and it was nearly Monday.

from the mother, dont expect too much pity from me!

*sniff* i think my mom passed on premature balding to me :*(

My hair would get really really curly if I let it. So I
don't... it's thick as hell, I'll never be bald.

Receding hairlines can look sexy though, like on Jude Law.
Mrrow!

when my hair is long everyone likes it, but when i cut it

maybe it's because when my hair is short people can see my
