Wow, listening to Opahausen right now, I like it a lot... cutesy and kind of freaky... 9/10, this is some great great shit.

i liked these tracks, especially when they start to pick up.
feedback?
well, it's your music, and I hate most of the criticism that people give me on my music, but I'll tell you what would disatisfy me and require changes, if I had made it.
Opehausen: maybe a little more dynamic variation in the rhythm. Those big bass hits that sporadically occur seem very out of place, as does the first slidey-downey-whistley sound. I would chalk this up to lack of environment or ambience in the track. Maybe some subtle reverb or background noise. The best way to describe the symptoms of this problem is to use visual art-- when painting, you don't really want to leave white areas where the canvas shows though unless it is for an obvious purpose. Otherwise it just detracts from the ability to suspend disbelief and experience the art.
Sam Street: Do you know much music theory, or do you just experiment? Some of the melodies in here seem a little weak to me, like maybe you'd be better at expressing them with more experience or more musical knowledge.
Once again, this i all just my opinion, and I appreciated your tracks very much.

Opahausen - Reminds me of a robot that has become rusty from surfing too much hypnotised by the sight of two gay swans having sex in an armchair.
Sam Street - This sounds like two yellow robots chipping barnicles off a one man submarine in a well lit apartment in New York.

opahauses- the buildup at the start is fun because of the seemingly weird structure of the parts.... seems more logical and linear after plays for awhile. I like the sounds used, the structure is nice too. Bothering with the medium of panning adds too. It almost has a live feel, not really, but more so than a lot of other electronic songs- probably cuz the drum and cymbol sounds and stuff are regular normal sounds of drums and cymbols. This is a nice playful track I think. I like stuff that evolves/changes (dynamic). I'm not sure if I could get into it much more (repeated listens)though, perhaps cuz my parietal lobes like hyper ultra innovative striking stuff, stuff that maximizes weirdness as economically as possible, or stuff that evolved indepentently of anything conventional.

hmmm
listened to Opahausen
i dont know man... this track didnt do much for me...
the synth that pulsed throughout the song just really didnt sound right to me.
and it seems to go just alittle too wild. wild in a bad way...
i liked at the beggingish, where it goes into that hip hop beat along with the synth... but over all... cant say i really enjoyed it...
and the drum sounds seemed alittle too cheesy for my taste...
sorry for such a negative review! :s
keep working though man! practice makes perfect!

Two of my mates have already offered to sing on my tracks, maybe something will come out of that that you might like Zeus. Thanks for taking the time to go into detail about why you didn't like it. Listening to it again now the synth that comes in at 4:40 is actually quite Trancey (gasp!).
