my friend...

fruityloops is the most underrated software in the whole
softaudio scene....

i know it looks like a childtoy, but with enough knowledge
about, vst & vsti...... look, download and learn

well, i really don't see any potential. i've spent some time
toying with it and it just doesn't really do anything for
me.

lets not get into a fruity vs reason thing. there pretty
simular, both with different limitations.

i have both but prefer fruity, just cause of midi out
support and i cant use cubase or anything so reasons rewire
is no good to me.

anyway, have you tried using the soundbank from reason 1. im
sure this doesnt work but just an idea. otherwise, you just
gonna have to take your time and download the thing. big
job.

i've only heard good things about reason, which is why i
want it.
fruity loops just seems really...crappy.

i know that you're using fruityloops with hardware. so...
last week i did sell my old akai sampler, and my questions
is: what midi informations does flp send out ? i have an
alesis mmt8 hardware sequencer, and i wanna trigger flp with
it...

btw.: got flp 3.56, if you want it, mail me..

First post - Used Fruity Loops since v 1.7, loved it, looked
for full version forever. Its intended to sequence .wav
sounds, now with VST support and synth ability, it's good
and versatile. But, You can do everything with reason and
the reason interface advanced: more control, more
versatility, more devices etc. It gives you real studio
experience minus the midi in case you ever have hardware.
wav sequencing is wav sequencing, reason gives you a gear
type interface. YOU CAN ANYTHING YOU WANT WITH SOUND in
reason including the synthesis now which will only get
better. FLP is now a waste of time. Email me for copies of
any software and tracks/albums by..AFX.

I need REASON 2.0 for the mac!

Reason installer is both mac and PC together. The reason
2.0 installer requires both sound bank cd's in addition to
it's installer, a huge download. I have a server. Reason
has no limitations, despite unfounded and unsupported
claims. All limitations are percieved in the mind, not
written in the software.
