Hi all, I have a cool idea for a compilation, but due to a lack of home net access/mixing skills I wouldn't be able to "run" it. Still, if anyone is interested in sorting it out I'd be happy to help: "Nu Drukqs" Drukqs seems to be one of AT's most popular albums here and everyone seems to like at least a couple of tracks on it. The idea is that we do a fan's remix "tribute" album. People send in remixes/covers of songs on it, the best version of each track is picked. Hopefully we could get at least one remix of each track and then put the lot together as a compilation. We could even have someone "remix" the cover art... |

i think that is a cool idea. i make sum kool beatz but i only really get praise 4 the remixes i do. + i want ppl 2 hear the tracks which i can imagine completely but can only begin 2 transfer through the machinery. not sure if the warp wud let u do a remix album mind |

I almost certianly will be going now, my best mate has agreed to come and a guy in my office is likely to as well, one more person and it's booking a go-go! Any one/two person(s) here want to stay with us if there are 2 of you we can still do it as there are chalets for 5 left I think...? |

That'd be cool, but I thought if it was a completely remixed existing album, I chose drukqs as: a) There are lots of tracks b) Everyone here seems to like at least a couple of tracks off it. c) Some of the tracks are available as midi meaning that even relative novices could have a go at making a remix of some of the tracks. |

yeah you're right, i forgot all the nice piano pieces on drukqs :) i'm with you yes, i think i finally got the track i would like to remix. i'm ready.... mh where can i find this midi files ? i found mid's from 4 and other trx on afx.nu .. |
