yes it is terrible :-(
I just saw the images on the news this evening. I can't even
imagine what it would be like if it was my house flooded
with water... all me belongings damaged or just gone... it's
a terrible tragedy.

I think so far nobody has died from the water yet? At least
that is positive... let's hope it stays that way!

It sounds really bad, even worse than the recent floods in
Texas. The news reported more than 50 Russian people on
holidays were swept away and killed ...

we have 7 casualities in austria up to now, and it was said
that this night is going to be worst, so the number may
still rise.

i am safe here but the water is just 25 min with the car
away.

it is, definitly, they have far more evacuations than we
have.
i've been to prague several times, whoever saw karlsbridge
and the moldau knows what a flood means there - 50000
evacuated

I saw the pictures in the paper of the situation in prague,
its' awful.

Too bad some of that water can't be donated to these parts
as we're in a drought!

Time to go shopping

That's awful... nature can be a hideous bitch goddess
sometimes. Sometimes my basement floods, we get a little
damp and I have to get my game systems off the floor...
that's annoying...

But something like this could fucking destroy everything you
have. D'oh!
