man... i just got this FSOL cd today. ( I think it came out
today) and its CRAZY.

Its crazy for several reasons.
1. Its soooo different from any other FSOL release.
2. The music itself is CRAZY. Theres this one song that has
like, folk, rock, world, jazz, etc etc all in one song. But
it WORKS.

The songs are very psychadelic. There is some singing too.

This cd is kinda like... what youd expect to hear back in
the 60s, if they had the technology we have now.

But its really good! I just dont consider it a FSOL
release... its SO different. I think they should have just
released it as Anamorphes Androgenous (sp?). I know they did
in the UK, but released it as FSOL in usa (probably for name
recognation)

but yeah

give it a listen! Its probably not for everone... but then
again, i think alot of people would like it too!

there is a lot of indian influence to it
i wasnt expecting something like that
the cd is not "FSOL"
but it is still good
i dont think they will go back to what they did before
i wish they do though

as i already stated in the topic titled "Future Sound of
london's new abum"

it sounds like new age world music.
i can't stand all the sitar. It reminds me of somthing that
the Tim Robbins character, Ian, in 'High Fidelity' would
listen to. Like trendy world music.
The first couple tracks are pretty good but it's all down
hill from there.

i feel cheated and i want my money back.

I will say however that on a technical note,
the production and sound quality is very good.
so i guess i i like the sauce, just not the meat.

its very different from the normal FSOL stuff, just so you
are warned... but still great in its own way

they didnt do anything for 5-6 years cause they were trying
to change thier sound, and one of them almost died of
mercury poisoning from his fillings

and the typos spell out a secret address where all kinds of
crazy shit goes on, but if you've got the really cryptic
address this leads to untold truths and secrets, it just
goes on and on.

i haven't purchased a physical copy of the album yet, i
dunno what the correct times are. i still have still ANOTHER
alternate version of it on my hard drive, haven't heard the
official version. but the FSOL discog is correct; it's the
same track listing written on the back (with the one
difference being the misspell of "loke" instead of like,
unique to the US misprint) but two of the songs are in fact
not what they claim to be.

Ahhh, Future Sound of London... have most of their music
burned on a data CD, but haven't got around to listening to
them... too much music, too little time... :-/

This sounds good though, I'll check it out, baybee.
