Being unintentionally into AFX

Before you really started to explore the Aphex world, were
you into AFX?

-Powerpill - Pacman = I had this song since the first time I
downloaded mp3's, under the title Theme - Pacman (Techno
Remix), and have had it on numerous mix cd's since way
before I realised it was our beloved Richard's work.

-Caustic Window - Popcorn = It was available for download on
www.popcorn.net under the title Popcorn (Aphex Twins Mix). I
needed a bunch of remixes of the original for one of my
friends, back in the day when no one else has burners. I
then liked it so much it went on OTHER numerous mix cd's
I've made.

Are there any other songs that could have been under diff.
names that you didn't know were him?

I was a huge fan of the TV show Pigeon Street, imagine my
disappointment when I downloaded what I thought was the
theme music only to find it was some bleepy electronic
rubbish that you kids listen to these days.

at the heart of it all...

i was really in NIN ( i know i know :( )
and all I could really listen to was the that and the 2nd
part of the beauty of being numb...
both of which I find to be the best Aphex of all... well...
off the top of my head ;0

me too DeLtoiD... 'at the heart of it all' and 'the beauty
of being numb'

but what do you mean by this "(i know i know :( )"?
is liking NIN something to be ashamed of?! ;P

no one ditched anybody. nothing were just distributing those
warp artists ([]<, ae, plaid) cos they lacked a label in the
U.S. when warp set up shop in america they rightfully
reclaimed their acts.

reznor is a genius. i'm looking forward so much to tapeworm.

I really don't expect a whole lot, then again and all that
could have been EP really really surprised me.

the becoming was fantastic

Warp in America?

hehe can I asssume that I won't be paying import prices on
that next []pshr album...
i wonder how the distribution will go.

I was just walking down the street minding my own buisness,
then suddenly I stepped in something. I looked on the bottom
of my shoe, and there he was! So yes, it was unintentional.

I was waking up for school early in the morning. Still half
asleep and half awake and I switched the tv to MTV and low
and behold was Come To Daddy. Being in that state of mind
it totally freaked me out - and I loved it.
