Yesterday i turned 18.
This should be a good thing, but it turned out to suck more
than that TV show with Anna Nicole Smith.
Things started off real nice with my friends. We met in
work, had a few bottles of beer, and set off for the city
centre to find a pub or bar or somewhere to drink.
There was about 9 of us and they all bought me so much booze
i could hardly see my hand in front of my face.
THEN.....oh god i hate this bit.
Closing time came at the pub, and i was so wasted i
suggested i go home.
no. they wanted me to stay out and stop being a drag. so we
went to this place called "The Shack"
This is where the story gets terrifying. As soon as i walked
in the place, i could hear this Madonna tune tearing through
speakers in the next room. Needless to say, my friends
headed in that direction. Then the music stopped. They had
this poncey little host guy trying to get people to do
dares. He got two guys to fake an orgasm over the
microphone. I felt so degraded to be in the same room as all
these assholes i spend most of my time avoiding.
Then S-Club7 came through the speakers. I made a dash for
the exit.
I went home. My friends are pissed off.
The DJ looked suspiciously like RDJ tho. *shudders*

Yes, This type of shit happened to me once or twice. Watch
the video for 'Paranoid Android' by 'Radiohead' It
demonstrates this at one point. I got new friends and never
looked back.

Ugh. Sounds gross. Next year hire somewhere out and play
evil electronic music and heavy metal all night.

I say worse things could've happened on your birthday.
Listening to madonna and S-club seriously isnt that bad
considering, do you not agree?

How can people accept your taste in music if you can't
accept anyone elses?

it wasnt just the music, it was the atmosphere inside the
place. i wanted to spew.

Hey, 2 people came out with me for my 18th. I ran into 2
other people I knew by chance once we were out. That
sucked...

I was being sarcastic... it's just weird in my mind that
people need to get wasted to have fun almost... I prefer to
live soberly... just my thing though, if you want to get
wasted go ahead, I'm not stopping ya... :)

don't have to try too hard =oD

I would live soberly too... but after living sober for so
long you start to build up a tolerance.
