it's alright, i just wish they would take out her voice! five album's of the same approach to singing really get on my nerves!
the artists she hired to do the music though, did a real swell job!
i just wish she would get on with her approach to singing! it's the same syndrome rain maida of our lady peace fell into!

Yes it's a wonderful album, different from Homogenic but more suitable for a different mood. My favourite is "Harm of will"

that would be great but I prefer originals or live versions of electronic originals like Brodski Quartet doing Hyperballad, that was amazing

the next one is a greatest hits and a "family tree" which will have music from her whole career even before being solo unreleased tracks and more

skodt: i see what you mean for the first 4 albums plus the selmasongs disc, but vespertine exhibits a markedly different approach to singing. i suggest you re-listen.

titsworth, why do I feel like I'm reading an English essay whenever I see your posts? Why use such long words when you can say the same thing in short ones?
Ex:
skodt: i see what you mean for the first 4 albums plus the selmasongs disc, but vespertine shows a very different approach to singing. i think you should relisten.
See... not much difference, but reads faster! Hehehehe... (ellipse)

every album is different the way she sings on debut is not lofe homogenic and the later is not like vespertine
did you listen to the albums or just brouse through them?
also bjork is responsible for her sound she decides what the style she wants it to be and what effects to be applied
try reading about her or seeing the interviews she was on charly rose after the release of vespertine and after watching the interview i was amazed about how much talented she was..more than i believed she was
one point vespertine was concieved 3 years before its release and it sounds like it belongs to the music 10 years from now
