This impenetrable curtain of misanthropic noise - released with an accompanying three-track DVD that features a squabble of hopelessly pretentious video "interpretations" - is typical of the menopausal electro-manglers' dogged refusal to bow to convention and produce anything of interest to anyone not either a) bald or b) German. Apparently the reviews editor had a stack of writers who really wanted to review this properly, but instead they decided to let some fat slag (what's that you say? how dare I make such an assumption about her? well, i notice she's labelled every AE listener an anorack wearing, bald german - which seems slightly offensive to me - on a number of levels) who has no interest or understanding whatsoever about music of this genre, write something 'witty'....hmmm. Her comments on the DVD show that a) she hasn't even watched it or read the sleeve and b)she knows nothing about graphic design, new media, etc, etc You can see why the group are hesitant to bother with the press Please help the end of this pathetic poor-excuse-for-cheap-loo-roll...apparently they've got 6months to sort out their act before NME becomes a monthly title and then folds altogether - boycott!!!!!!!
