What does "lush" mean?
And in wich way should i use the word "reckon"?

lush: beautiful, nice, ellegant or something

Reckon: "I reckon", meaning "I think this way"

non-native speakers on this board.

I reckon that you should use the word "reckon" as I have. If
you want to be strict about it, you should say, "by my
reckoning..."

Lush- 3 common meanings

1. Moist, full of life and humid (usually refering to
vegitation)

2. Really good.

3. Very attractive.

Far-east monkey: I don't even try to understand those signs
(they are called "emoticons" as they supposedly express
emotions). I think these two are guys with their tongues
sticking out their mouths because they are happy and
possibly meen.

lol means "laughing out loud" because somebody said
something funny. The emoticon you used means you're happy.
Or smiling at least.

but please don't use to many of them, cuz not all people
uses stuff like CMIIW and GD&RVVVF ,....it's to nerdish to
use that many emoticons...

He can see the signs. And his english is excellent for a
japanese. They have huge problems learning english, or so
I'm told, because of totally different structures between
japanese and european languages.

Junktion, that link will be very useful to some people. I
hoped it contained nuddy pics as it is called "net nude" but
it is cool even without them.

I never use any emoticons and use only two acronyms (IMO and
LOL, and sometimes PMP and ROTFLMAO). I deem these things
nerdy to the max and below any decent person's level.

through.

far east monkey: you ARE being too polite for this

lush: characterized by luxuriant vegetation and abundance,
also slang for a drunkard.

reckon: a sort of crudely devised hungarian stomach pump
made of aluminum and the lower half of margaret thatcher,
used primarily during the 2nd world war to chase away
seagulls making lewd remarks to the aristocracy and flying
off with their sweet, sweet butterscotch.

i hope this clarifies a few things

politeness and I really admire your efforts in learning
english. This Messageboard will help you learn faster, but
will also teach you some crooked, incorrect english too, so
beware.
