If you could see any band from the last 50 years live, who
would it be?

(dead or alive)

for me, it's a toss between the doors and sublime

Nine inch nails.

I was suposed to see them for the recent fragility tour, but
i had my graduation cermony on the same night.

Back in high school, i practially worshiped T. reznor, and
it was sooo perfect that he played on my graduation
(6/9/00), but my fam gave me this huge guilt trip that
no-one before has had a graduation cermony (the two
generations before me had gratuated from military bases, and
recieved their diplomas in the mail.)

skipped her high school graduation ceremony just to go to a
nin concert.

i missed nin/bowie in 1995 tho :( dunno why i pussed out on
that, i guess cos i was 12 or something

The Beatles at Shea Stadium, or ANYWHERE, really. Lots of
cute teenage girls around, I reckon. Probably wouldn't be
able to hear the music over all the screaming and the bad
sound system they had there, but that's not the point!

Shea Stadium? Not that one, I've watched the footage, and
they giggle while John is playing the organ, and George
fucks up laughing at John, you can hear the laugh.. they
must have been lip synching to a poorly performed tape. :-)

I like to see the doors mainly because Jim Morrison was so
wildly spontanious and unpredicatable, you never new what
craziness was gonna happen next at their shows, it would be
one hell of an experience to see I think

Yeah, I'd LOVE to see the Doors... I also would love to see
The Who during their heyday before Quadrophenia, my favorite
live band by far. Fucking intense. And Floyd before the huge
gay stadiums.

I'd also like to have seen rage against the machine. Just to
mosh in their pits...slamming against a mental
personification of the fuckign up american govt in the
closest fat, sweatty, ugly, mother fucker.

that'd be sooo fucking hardcore.

They Fear was released

Nirvana - Probably the tour in 1994 prior to kurts
death

Soundgarden - Superunknown tour

i always wanted to see nin like you all, and i
missed them on their BDO tour here in AU, so it would be
great..

i saw RAMMSTIEN over here and it was the best show
ever !!! i would like to go through that experience again.

oh yeh others i would like to see KMFDM, WUMPSCUT,
HAUJOB, FRONT LINE ASSEMBLY, FUNKER VOGT, SLAYER, and CRADLE
OF FILTH

- Tom Waits and a piano
- i never got to see Mineral
- i still have yet to be blown away by any 'idm' artists
I've seen. Aphex, Ae, Pusher, U-Ziq etc., so I'd really
like to see a good show by one of these 'IDMer's' some day.
- I've seen NIN nearly a dozen times. Their best tour was
in '94. Smaller theatres, before Closer blew up, no frat
boys yet. Ace.

- Pink Floyd during their shows for the wall...

- Peter Gabriel during his tour for his Us album...

- Genesis back in the day with PEter Gabriel at the lead,
after The Lamb just before Peter left... Ooooh, that would
be good!!

- BOARDS OF FUCKING CANADA!!!! :)

half of you want to see dead people..there is this thing
call cloning...and you can have your favourite star
reanimated as a coffee table or something like that..and
then they will cross his or her genes with a flying pig..so
he will be like super flying coffee table rock star that
will taste just like chicken..

try it you wont be dissapointed..or maybe you will be but
who cares...

Yeah. Yeah, I guess you could say that. :-l

''Fan'' isn't the word, more like ''disciple'' or
''apostle'' or ''obsessed lunatic''.
