i'd like to consider my own music as IDM, but it's more like ambient orchestrial soundtrack stuff over really wacky jungle rhythms -- not quite as sporadic as aphex, but still not quite dancable. hmmm... this chris clark sounds interesting... i think i shall check it out... especially since loogie says its cylobian... and i think cylob is very underappreciated. i FINALLY got my copy of DMX Krew's "We are DMX" today. Quite poppy, but i dig his synth sounds. Real retro. |
