-_|¯-
Anyone remember the scifi tv series "V" from about 84-85 ?
Ha! they are showing it again here =)
ahhhh memories!

They ripped of alot of things in "independence day" from
"V", the huge moderships hovering over all major cities all
over the world for example (the shipps look exactly the same
too)
And the welcome comitte has a schoolband orchestra that
plays the Starwars theme when they land!!!
Lots of starwars ripps too , especialy the scenes when the
smaller crafts enter the motherships , its exactly the same
and the small shipps look like the Emperrors small ship.
The hero reporter looks like a older version of Luke
Skywalker haha!!.

Its funny, the first thing they say when they land on earth
is in swedish ,and very crappy swedish i might add!! hehe!
Its because the UN sacretary general is suposed to be from
sweden.

And their sign -_|¯- is a half swastika , nobody but the
old jewish man suspects anything hahaha!!
It was a stupid show but still very entertaining =)

Oh man, I have the whole mini series and the tv series on
vhs. Bought I might add, not copies or TV recordings! :)
I watched them all for the first time in years not so long
ago and christ they look dated! Beefy Marc Singer as the
invincible Donovan, and OTT villainess Diana :) And that
alien baby, what a pile of special-effect-shite
I enjoyed absolutely every minute of 'em :D

I remember. I was about five years old and I saw the evil
woman eating a mouse. that made quite an impact on me so
that's all I can remember

we have some DVDs of the mini series out here in Germany, I
rented some of them to get back to the old memories, great
stuff :)
But after all these years passed, I still don't like this
alien leader chick ;)

My uncle was in V.
Mickey Jones.

Some peple believe ther are a race of fourth dimensional
lizard peoples living here among us.

drakonians are what they're called.

some say V was based on their existence.

some say V was made so that anyone who heard about humans
who really lizards would never believe that they exist.

research for yourself and see what you think.

A k k a d

heheh

they showed V the series on the SCI FI channel here in the
US it was pretty cheesy after a while. the first mini-series
tho was really good. and seeing freddy kruger as the NICE
ALIEN had a certain irony to it....ehehhee

=0)

I thought it was terrible, lol. The main human character,
the one who went on to make the a series called midnight
caller was so wooden it looked like someone had thrown a
chair onto the set.
