Does anyone read this?

I love it. It's written here in Newcastle and I've met
quite a few of the writers when I've been out drinking,
including one of the editors - Simon Donald.

The Viz website (www.viz.co.uk) doesn't seem to be working
at the moment, which is really irritating me.

yeah, used to buy that all the time...fucking funny
stuff...

Don't you reckon Johnny in the Big Brother house is really
Sid the Sexist in disguise...the resemblance is too close to
ignore...

(viz site down?...a lot of sites are down at moment, wonder
if theres been a router problem or something...I can't even
get to Google(?????) or Planet-Mu)...

I can get to Google okay, try going via another site
(anonymizer.com for example).

Viz is funny, especially the top tips:

When driving don't bother giving way to buses as they
invariably pull out anyway.

I've been avoiding Big Brother like the plague. However,
most blokes from the North East resemble Sid the Sexist to
some extent. It's amazing how close to the truth some of
the caricatures in Viz are. That's what's so beautiful
about it.

I'm really annoyed that the Viz site is down because I
accidentally deleted a cartoon I downloaded off there (it
was called Dr Poo), which I really liked because it was so
puerile. I can't get it back until the site returns!

My brother has got some cool photos of him and other
officers on his ship in full naval uniform fighting
(literally) over a copy of the viz sausage sandwich.

Does anyone remember that old viz computer game? I bought a
spectrum magazine that was reviewing it and had characters
on it from Viz on the front cover. I remember my mum
thinking it was viz and was shocked that my dad had let me
buy it as I was only about 8 at the time :)

Quernstone: Thanks for the offer - i need the PC version
though. Does anyone else have it?

Ceri: Yeah, I remember the game. I never played it though.
It looked good....
