is this a good game? im an rpg freak, and i've been wanting to play this one for quite some time. its so hard to find though...i heard that it has like one of the best rpg stories ever, though i doubt it anything could be better than chrono trigger. :)

Chronotrigger is the best RPG for me too icewaves.... If you haven't already played it, I would ultra high recommend Baldur's Gate 1&2.

It's awesome, but don't expect it to top the Trigger. NOTHING tops Chrono. Definitely a game worth tracking down and paying the big bucks for.

oh cool will do then. yeah it is pretty damn expensive. just went down to the game shop yesterday after i called and they said they had xenogears, i was stoked. but when i got there, they said the shipped it back to the manufacturer for some scratch repairs. :( . haven't they ever heard of a fucking game doctor? anyways, is baluders gate really that good Tasos? i wll check those out if you insist, but i haven't heard much of them. they are for ps2 right?

and btw, i will NEVER expect anything to be as good as chrono trigger. some of the final fantasies have come close, but they just cannot rival it. it would be nice though, if the the new chrono game in production, chrono break, were awesome. i have high expectations for it. i was also satisfied with chrono cross. so hopefully they can keep the story going....

no icewaves they are for PC, they are bloody huge and I'm sure that every RPG fan would surely love them. Like chronotrigger.

damn I should also state that Baldur's Gate is much more complicated than chronotrigger. It depends on your age really... but if you haven't played a real RPG game before, you will need to study a bit for'em...

Xenogears rules! The storyline is amazing. Totally different from other RPGs. Get Xenogears and you will have something to do for another 100 hours of your life. Chrono Cross dissapointed me.

Tasos: Have you played Neverwinter Nights? It's also made by BioWare and is in the Forgotten Realms, as is Icewind Dale and Baldurs Gate 1 and 2. I highly, highly recommend any game from that series, especially the newest one.
