is it possible to trigger fruityloops 3.4 with an external
hardware sequencer ? i didn't found some options for program
change or muting the channels with note on/off messages,
only controller events. i rode about flp 3.0 that it can
only receive controller messages, great shit. i wanna
control flp with my hardware sequencer and faderbox for live
gigs..

yeah man, i use a midi controller. but a sequencer? fruity
wont slave. if thats what you wanna do. im not real up on
midi, but i think thats what you mean?

i use a midi controller + i have 3 synths run by fruity.

you could set your fadder box, to control any knob in
fruity. you cant however make it stop/play/change patterns.

your best bet would be to lay all your patterns out in the
first bar/thingy in the playlist, then use your fader box,
to fade different patterns in and out.

maybe? just an idea?

hep, exactly, so why they don't program a slave application
for FLP ? where's the problem, i mean, the pattern would be
a programm, that's all :D no more, and simply muting
channels. imagine, you would be very flexible on live gigs,
bcuz you can change the pattern while playing, you don't
have to wait till the pattern ends...

get 3.5 when it comes out,......that version will let U use
Fl. in sequencers like Cubase as a vst instrument.
