Anyone have any recommendations for software that does the
following?

Turns Mp3's into CD audio (so you can listen to mp3's on a
normal cd player)

Burning software (for burning mp3's onto a cd)

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

if you just buy nero you're good to go. Cuz nero automaticly
turns mp3 files into wave files so you can hear them with
regular cd players

ok than I suggest you get WinON cd. Trust me. It has the
same options as nero has but it's a lot better!
