I just started getting into Stephen King and his shit and
so far I've read, "The Long Walk" which he wrote under
Bachmon and was a geat fucking book and I''ve read "The
Green Mile" wow that book was just amazing, and now I just
started up on "Needful Things". Do you guys have any
suggestions of some of his books?

yeah i like reading books where i don't really know what
they're about, like when i went in and read the green mile
my friend kept on being a cunt and was like "oh yeah and
then delecroixes gets fried because percy didn't wet the
sponge and then in the end john coffey gets killed". i was
about ready to kill him because he just ruined a great book
for me. i still enjoyed the book because well, it's just
such a great book.

i'm not looking to get totally spooked just a tad, cause i
don't think a book can really scare you that much unless you
have a really good author doing it. i dunno i'll see what
happens.

S. King doesn't frighten me.
His books are just facinating... they make me feel weak...

Like I've said before, I've read all of King's books... my
top five is:

1. 'It'
2. 'Wizard And Glass'
3. 'The Stand'
4. 'The Gunslinger'
5. 'The Green Mile'

You should DEFINITELY read the Dark Tower Series - The
Gunslinger is the first of them. I've got loads of King
E-Books if you wanna get them off me from Soulseek dude

quite fantastic by the way)... sometime I will though... I
went to that site you posted a link to, where King was
talking about it... it's pretty cool...

finished it...

hunter s thompson is NOT dead! la peste by albert camus is a
good book for sure - about a real life plague that afflicted
the north african town of Oran - but hell, it ain't scary,
even in a "oh shit, it could happen here!" kinda way -- i've
read a lot of stephen king and here are my recommendations:

The Shining
Needful Things
'Salems Lot
Insomnia
Hearts In Atlantis
Rage (bachman book)
the dead zone
