I saw some adverts for cheap cd pressing plants in the back of "wire" magazine. It might be worth looking into. In a way though, vinyl suits the underground image.... |

hehee... i didn't realize i was "in"... anyway this sounds great except i'm thinking this may be real hard too keep in control with this many people involved. it would be a lot easier if there were only few persons involved and it would help too if they knew each other better. and vinyl rules damnit. |

i like this idea a lot. ,but i don't know... me and my friends have this "label" and i think i wan't to keep it. would it be possible that your "virtual label" would be distributing and promoting the records our "label" make? also, are you interested in other music than electronic? |

vinyl rules but so did the dinosaurs! we would want a .com addy so it is worldly adn easily accessible. the server would have to have a large enough bandwidth, as someone mentioned, to include audio adn video. to register the name it is $100 can. for one year. hosting for something with that much of a bandwidth is somethign we'd have to look into. if ihad somemore time i would check it out right now, but i have a show to prepare for, so if you will excuse me... |
