It was bloody lovely coming into work this morning...if you
ever wondered what life would be like with only 1/2 the
people, this morning was a good example...

No Traffic, no queues, no barging about...

mmmm...they should have the WC all the time...

Ronaldinho was man of the match and I hope he is back for
the final, a great new player to watch

England could still be the second best in the world ,
because we lost only to the best.

We Beat Germany and Argentina so we're good,
but we were well beaten today. I guess that hurts less than
if we had lost on penalties or because of the referee. But
it will be a quiet night in the bars tonight :(

Same here, it was great, I drove in mid match and there was
hardly anyone about. Makes you think twice about population
surplus... :)

it was hard walking past pubs that were open though....felt
very weird to see em rammed full & open at 8:00 in the
morning...

There's gonna be an awful lot of pissed people about
today...

another example of the schizoid way england play -- they had
the chance to take the match to brazil, but they just didn't
-- who knows why - it's the way of the England football team
-- i'm really sad :(

this is possibly the last world cup i'll see since the USA
doesn't seem interested in broadcasting it

Seaman.
