It's gonna be difficult to make a crappy MP3 sound any good...it's like trying to make a bad cassette copy or scratched up vinyl sound good, nearly impossible... If you can re-encode then use the settings recommened by ... Or you could try one of the Winamp plug-ins...perhaps DBX...check their site for more info, there might be some other plugs-in... |
