just set the quality higher. A higher bit rate is all you

It's gonna be difficult to make a crappy MP3 sound any
good...it's like trying to make a bad cassette copy or
scratched up vinyl sound good, nearly impossible...

If you can re-encode then use the settings recommened by
http://www.r3mix.net...

Or you could try one of the Winamp plug-ins...perhaps
DBX...check their site for more info, there might be some
other plugs-in...

I remember dat there was a winamp plugin that increased the
quality of mp3s. don't remember its name tho...
