noo
leeds festival might be cancelled.
but that will mean no aphex and no mars volta
unless i traipse all the way down to reading.

:( i hope they overturn it or something.

i suppose it would be justified, what with violence and
burning of toilet blocks. and old people who can't hack the
volume. but it would piss me off.

it's not like leeds is brimming with great bands, but aphex
will be there and i'd really like to see the mars volta live
(their 'tremulant ep' is fantastiko). and i think there's
luke vibert and herbaliser (who i don't know).

All that stuff happens at Reading as well.

Kerrang!'s website is more optimistic, so it's not definite.
Besides, 70,000 people already have tickets

These things happen here too,but I think what happened there
went too far.

It's very funny to see ,actually.
When the festival has ended, everyone starts to throw garbage
at eahother.
My tent was full of chocolate pudding ,last year.
and it didn't even bother me.
I had a good laugh when I saw that pudding land .

It's pretty dangerous ,tho.
That's why I don't participate.

true.

it appears meanfiddler look pretty hopeful about their
appeal. they reckon that they based the license refusal on
last year's fest, and this one's going to be safer.

I mean they set fire to five times as many bogs in Reading
2000, and that continued and has done since.

Fuck em and their law.
